Admission Term

Admission will be based on your application for Beginner, Intermediate or Senior Batch. The final decision will be at the sole discretion of Ms Lipsa Satapathy.

Classes 

Class will be depending on nature of your admission term and further depending on Group or Individual class. 

There might be some classes of Individual merged with group teaching for some part of learning / training as required.

Fee Structure 

Fee is based on the admission term. Same shall be shared once admission interview is completed and admission agreed.  

All fee are to be paid in advance at the start of every calendar beginning on or before 10th of the first falling month. Incase of mid-term admission, fee will be charged on half-month pro-rata basis. 

Admission Fee is to be paid in advance before commencement of the classes.

Change in fee structure is sole discretion of Kala Sthal and shall be informed at-least 30days in advance before the charge date.

Attendance & Discipline 

Kala Sthal has zero-tolerance for bullying or disrespecting any juniors, peers or seniors.  Anyone found indulging in the academy / classes will be liable for termination of admission. Stating this, Kala Sthal shall not be responsible outside our scope or facilities.

All students should have minimum of 85% attendance as eligibility for internal assessment exams and external exams which are conducted on periodic intervals.

Every student must reach academy 10mins before the scheduled given. For online students every student has to login 5mins before the schedule given time. 

Student / Parent will inform well in advance if  you / ward is not attending the class on any given day.
